Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

gt66 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Our services include cricket betting, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, and card games. Access to these services is governed entirely by the terms outlined in this document, and by any supplementary policies linked herein such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the gt66 platform immediately. gt66 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create and use a gt66 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). We do not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.

Account Registration Rules

When registering a gt66 account, you agree to the following conditions regarding account management and accuracy of information:

• Each person may hold only one (1) gt66 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• All registration details — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. False information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Deposits

gt66 accepts deposits through locally trusted payment methods optimized for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by method; check the cashier page for current limits.
• gt66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. The net credited amount may differ from the gross amount sent.
• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of an account holder are not permitted. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and processing standards. gt66 aims to process all verified withdrawals promptly, with most transactions completed within 24 hours of approval:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform verification. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents may include a valid national ID (NID), utility bill, or other official proof of identity and address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawing before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of associated bonus amounts and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only and cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.

• gt66 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms is detected.

Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are all eligible to participate in gt66 promotions, subject to meeting all applicable eligibility requirements stated above.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play Policy

To maintain the integrity of the gt66 platform and to protect all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held:

• Collusion between players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use gt66 services to transact illegally obtained funds through the platform's payment systems.
• Chargebacks initiated without legitimate cause or in bad faith. Any confirmed chargeback will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at other users or gt66 staff through any communication channel including live chat.

gt66 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity, including irregular betting patterns and abnormal account behavior. All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and impartiality for all players.

Intellectual Property

All content published on gt66, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of gt66 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any gt66 content is strictly prohibited.

The gt66 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks remain the property of the platform and may not be used by any third party without prior written consent. Any permitted use of gt66 intellectual property must comply with usage guidelines provided by gt66 in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt66 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the gt66 platform or any of its services.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or events outside gt66's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss, and gt66 bears no liability for such outcomes.

Privacy & Data Protection

gt66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document. We are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices.

gt66 will never sell, lease, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where legally required or contractually necessary.

Account Suspension & Termination

gt66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, collusion, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct. In such circumstances, any bonus balances will be immediately forfeited.

You may close your gt66 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests that meet all applicable terms will be processed. Accounts closed during an active self-exclusion period cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international law and the internal policies of gt66. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of gt66 services, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation and the platform's formal complaint procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaint process, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party mediator. gt66's decision on all game outcome disputes, where supported by platform records and RNG certification, shall be considered final.

Amendments to These Terms

gt66 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued access to or use of gt66 following the posting of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.
